Just taking a chance here. I know there are only a few guys from the area on here but the company I'm working for is looking for ground help and a experienced climber or an entry level climber looking to climb a few days a week. He needs coverage when I'm not there. Experienced climber would only be a part time thing but if it's an entry level climber who is willing to work the ground and be trained it would be full time. Shop is in Virginia beach and the majority of the work is at the beach and in Norfolk. Work is on the books. Nice equipment and a small crane. CDL a plus and willing to work with your experience level. Basically I work 3 to 4 days a week so the climbing would be on days I'm not there unless you're being trained then it would be as much as the jobs allow. If you are not very experienced, you won't be thrown to the wolves and expected to produce like a vet. Work hours are from 7 to 3. Rarely work past 4.
 
Can he sell .... have him call my ollady and sell her on moving.... I'll cut the welds on the container and slid it on to a flatbed.
 
Hey Steve, have you heard of Sun Valley Tree Service from that area? Guy's name is Kevin. Last I knew he sold everything and started working for someone else. He had been Sun Valley for years. started in Utica, NY and moved down there some time back. Just curious.
P.S. Hope your getting comfortable with the new crane and op, but not to comfortable.

What was he calling himself in Utica ? That's right in my back yard I'm just curious is all
 
We are busy 12 months of the year! He does a good job selling jobs!!! I'm very happy there so far. I know of sun valley. They had a bunch of stolen saws of mine I had sold to another company. Not sure how that panned out for them.

I highly doubt him to be a thief himself. He's been well established successfully for 30 plus years. Maybe he got them at a pawn shop?
