Yesterday I was working at Lincoln University helping one of our customers out on a big oak.
Just to reference the height of tree. That’s me standing there and I’m 6,4. It was one of the biggest on the property.

Wow! Your crane? I wonder what that bugger would of weighed if it wasn’t so hollow.

Not mine I work for a company we have 8 cranes but 80% of our work is trees. We were all thinking the same thing if it wasn’t hollow maybe 16-17k

Nice work. How was the tree determined to be hollow? Sounding with a mallet, drilled or drilled with a resistograph?

There was a whole on the one side and we cut out a bigger whole with a chainsaw. Customer is using it as a base for a tree house.
