Jake Riggs second, Chris Coates third. Forget the last two places. Wet soggy cold event.

TC Mazar spirit of the Comp. Casey Tavares won the apprentice/journeyman division. I think thats what it's called. I wasn't there. Just following closely on Facebook.

    I was told:

Bj Brock, Derek Martin, Chris Coates and Jake Riggs were the masters climbers.

A Charlotte record number of climbers thru prelims on Friday was 55 ! ! !
    That's a lot of folks !
5 internationals: UK, Sweden, & Ontario Canada.
    5 women - they were terrific !

The climbers were the best I have ever seen at keeping together as groups to help the flow constantly going.
My throw line crew was great; in spite of numerous stuck lines.

Stihl vs Husqvarna... Ford vs Chevy. Both companies make great products and bend over backwards to support our industry. It would be great to see you at the Charlotte next year Mark, please consider this a personal invitation to attend. OOM

Who said anything about doing anything, just be there and encourage the field. James Earhart was there all weekend doing that.
