Anything craft and local. We've got 5 little breweries going in my town and usually a couple of times a month the missus and I do a brewcrawl to sample the new batches (or indulge in a few pints of our old favourites).

I visited Ft. Collins Co. this past April and toured the New Belgium Brewery. Having seen what a forward thinking operation they run, and how well they treat their employees, I like their beer even better now!

Brewery tours available in most cities now. Worth your time to get driven around and sample the goods.

Agreed, their Blackwater series stouts are some of the best.
Have you ever tried Firestone walker parabola? It's imperial stout but hard to get.
