Aerial Rescue Equipment

Anybody have any run ins with OSHA in reference to having your aerial rescue equipment accessible? We got word of a line clearance company being cited for not having aerial rescue gear readily available. Now, we are considering packing up a complete set of climbing gear in a marked container and placing it next to our job briefing. I like the idea, however I think it's only a matter of time before the tweakers spread the word that line clearance companies are gift wrapping free sets of climbing gear! Whatta you guys think?
