Tree workers, climbers, sawmen, operators, foreman all needed in NAPA.

With those wages, people are going to be losing money living in Napa. That has to be one of the most expensive places on the planet. There once was a time when these projects paid three times these wages. At this kind of pay they are just going to be killing young inexperienced people. Sent...

Thoes are shit wages for the work you will be putting people up against. There was once a time when projects like this attracted real talent. I don't know anybody I would trust in a hazard tree removal that would travel for $25/hour. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk

I got a call at 4:30 today for this failed tree. The homeowner thought he could pull it over against the back lean with a clothes line and an ancient block. The tree barber chaired on him during his back cut and sat down on a historic home with solar panels on the roof. I set a bull line in...

The worst part about climbing the beetle kill Pines was having to peel the sheets of bark off that hadn't Fallen yet. A lot of times I would carry a hatchet or an axe just to break through that thick Ponderosa bark so I could get my spurs into some solid wood. I made the mistake of not debarking...

If you leave a gap between your two rings roughly the length of your two Fists put together end-to-end there should be enough compression on the friction saver that it will pinch The Spar without any issues. The beetle kill trees We Are Climbing in California didn't have any bark half the time...

I have climbed beetle kill Pines in California with no bark that held an adjustable friction saver with no issues on the way down. As long as you're leaving roughly two fists width between your rings that should be enough Force pinching the system together to keep it on the spar Sent from my...
