    I like having rope or webbing that is quite stiff in order to make retrieval easier. I could see 1/4” amsteel snagging or wrapping branches quite easily if you dont retrieve with throwline

    anyone try to climb with any of these gloves?

    I picked up some of those ansell gloves xman had recommended. I got about 10 days climbing on the gloves and the grip is still completely intact. Lost a bit of its gripping power, but still impressive thus far.
